Those who choose to participate enter into a year long contract where they commit to incorporating martial arts into all aspects of their lives.

Self-Defense Workshops
We offer self-defense workshops upon request to different groups and agencies. Workshops are tailored to the needs of the group. Some groups that we have worked with in the past include female youth groups, UCSC’s resident’s halls, sororities, UCSC’s Dining Service employees and more. For more information or to set up a workshop, contact Stephanie Tam Rosas at stephanie@nanatokan.com or call 831-920-4589.
