Self-Defense Workshops
We offer self-defense workshops upon request to different groups and agencies. Workshops are tailored to the needs of the group. Some groups that we have worked with in the past include female youth groups, UCSC’s resident’s halls, sororities, UCSC’s Dining Service employees and more. For more information or to set up a workshop, contact Stephanie Tam Rosas at or call 831-920-4589.
